Here are 4 vitamins that you need for keeping your skin glowing and looking resilient.

Vitamin A – Great for fighting off wrinkles and other signs of aging. Fade spots and smooth out your skin.

Where to find: In lotions, skin creams, certain prescription products and derivatives know as retinoids for extremely sensitive skin.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluable antioxidant that works wonders and is essential for keeping healthy skin.

Protects the cell membranes from sun damage and signs of aging. Leaves your skin with a smoother looking complexion.

Where to Find Vitamin E:

Vitamin E is mainly found in the foods you eat. Green leafy vegetables, vegetable oils. and nuts are all an excellent source of Vitamin E. You can also try a supplement such as Nature Made Vitamin E.

Vitamin D

Vitamin D is extremely important for absorption of vitamins and nutrients and for the health of your body and skin. The main source of Vitamin D comes from the sun. Vitamin C helps to provide protection to the skin, shielding from damage. Found in high levels in both the dermis and epidermis, commonly found in leafy green, bell peppers, broccoli, fruits such as tomatoes, kiwis and papayas are all a rich source of vitamin C.

Can also be applied topically when used in a skin cream.
