As you age, the cold weather sometimes has an effect on your joints and bones.
Help to relive and soother joint pain with an ant-inflammatory pain cream using natural ingredients.
Also helps to relieve stomach aches, muscle cramps and nerve pain.
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 tbsp. Shea Butter
1 tbsp. Jojoba Oil
3 drops Tea Tree Oil
3 drops Grapeseed Essential Oil
5 drops Wintergreen Essential Oil
5 drops Peppermint Essential Oils
What to Do:
Melt the coconut oil, Shea butter together in a sauce pan over low heat.
Or you can microwave for 30 seconds in a glass bowl until melted.
Once melted, remove from heat and mix in jojoba oil.
Stir in essential oils and mix together until creamy.
Store in a small mason jar with a lid and keep in a cool, dark place until you are ready to use.
Apply just a small amount to where you are experiencing pain or discomfort.
Rub a small amount on the back of your neck to help reduce tension and relieve headaches.
Keep for up to 2 weeks before discarding and making anew batch.
