Juicing is really fun and easy to do, and is a great way to keep you hydrated.
You can use fruits, vegetables or both! We went with berries and lemons for this detox water.
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/2 cup Raspberries (optional)
2 Lemons Sliced
3 cups Purified Water
Add your fresh or frozen berries and lemon slices to a large glass of water
and cover with a lid. Allow the water to chill the fridge for at-least 12 hours before drinking. Enjoy!
