1. Apply Coconut Oil
Apply a few drops of coconut oil to your hands, cheeks, arms & legs to add a quick glow and moisturize skin. Can substitute with olive or jojoba oil.
2. Use A Skin Scrub
Use a sugar scrub to exfoliate your skin to keep it clear of pimples and your skin smooth. Mix 1 tbsp. sugar with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Apply to skin and rinse with warm water after 15min.
3. Drink Water Daily
Drinking at least 8 1oz. glasses of water everyday is very important for keeping your skin hydrated and looking clear & to prevent skin from getting dull & dry,
4. Sleep on Satin Pillows & Sheets
Prevent from hair damage & breakage & keep your skin looking youthful and healthy by sleeping on satin pillowcases.
5. Eat Leafy Greens
Eat at least 1 cup of leafy greens daily. Romaine lettuce, spinach, & kale. Can be boiled, stemmed, stewed or eaten raw.
6. Take Vitamin E
Vitamin E helps to protect your skin against sun damage. When applied topically helps to minimize damage from the sun’s UV rays & skin inflammation.
