DIY Detox bath that draws out toxins, relieves stress and balances you pH levels.
Works great for when your body is feeling sluggish and tired.
You’ll want to make sure to drink plenty of water before and after the detox.
What You Need:
2 cups Epsom Salt
1 cup Sea Salt
1 cup Vinegar
1 cup Baking Soda
1 tbsp. Ground Ginger
10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
The Epsom salts draw out toxins from your body helping to relieve aches and pains.
Sea salt soothes, shrinks pores and fades blemishes. The baking soda helps to manage acidity levels.
The ground ginger increases circulation and the vinegar softens your skin.
What to Do:
Combine ingredients together and mix with running hot water while you are filling the bath tub.
Add any essential oils and mix a little using your hand.
Soak for about 20-30 minutes, then just take it easy. You’ll want to relax for a little while after the detox, so read a book or take a nap.
Remember to make sure to drink plenty of water before and after the detox to help with flushing out the toxins and keeping your body hydrated.
