What You Need: 2 cups filtered water 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 5-10 drops Peppermint Extract
Keep your mouth clean, and your breath minty fresh, using an all natural, homemade, diy mouthwash using items you most likely have in your kitchen. Directions: Bring 2 cups water to a boil and add cloves. Mix in ground cinnamon and add peppermint extract.
Remove from heat and let sit for at least 10 minutes, then strain using a fine mesh strainer.
Swish around in mouth for no more than 30 seconds.
Rinse with water and store in a small container, or jar (with lid) in the fridge.
You can use this mouthwash once a day.
Simple, all natural and cheaper than the $9 name brand bottle found in stores.
