DIY Homemade Pain Cream Recipe.
Great for muscle aches and back pains. Use on sore knees and helps to relieve joint pain.
What You’ll Need…
3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
6 drops Valor
6 drops Panaway
6 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
1 tbsp. Jojoba Oil (optional)
2 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
What to do…
Mix together and apply a small amount to were pain is present and massage into skin.
You can also add a couple drops of eucalyptus oils, and clove essential oil.
Rub a small amount on your stomach to help with bloating or cramps.
Apply a small amount on the bottom of your foot to relax your sore & tired feet.
Store in a container with a tight fitting lid. Discard after two weeks and make a new batch.
