What to Do: In a bowl, place in coconut and almond oil, then mix in the banana and add the honey. Mix together until creamy, then add in the ground oats. Combine well, then add 5 drops each essential oil.
Apply directly to damp skin and gently massage in circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water after 5 minutes. Can be done twice a week, and there is no need top store any leftover mixture, so just pitch it.
