Homemade Coffee Ground Scrub
Fade stretch marks, exfoliate and reduce the appearance of cellulite with this super awesome coffee scrub!

The caffeine helps to improve blood circulation and also firms and tightens the skin.

This anti-aging and detoxifying homemade scrub is packed with antioxidants which is great for tightening the skin and making you look years younger!

What You Need:
2 tbsp. Coffee Grounds
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1/2 tbsp. Almond Oil
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Water

In a small bowl add ingredients together and mix until you have a creamy, paste-like mixture.

Apply to your body, hands, legs and feet. Using a cloth and warm water, wipe down the areas where you intend on applying the scrub.

Use your fingers and gently massage in circular motions for 1-2 minutes.

Let the mixture sit on your skin for about 3-5 minutes then rinse with warm water.

After removing the mixture, apply a moisturizer.

This method is safe to do 2-3 times a month or once every two weeks.
