10 minute beginner’s workout guide to get you on the path to becoming fit, healthy, and in shape!

Begin with doing 5 minutes of stretching, then onto the workout.

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Push-ups

1 minute Wall Sit

20 Lunges (on each side)

10 seconds Side Plank (each side)

30 Crunches

1 minutes Plank

Finish with another 5 minutes of stretching.
