Simple juicing recipe that is healthy and effective for lowering your cholesterol!
4 tbsp. diced celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 cup ice cubes
Turn on the juicer and add your ingredients one at a time. Turn off the machine and pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately.
You can also add some spinach or kale to give your juice an green kick!
