Prevent Hair Loss Promote Hair Growth – Remedy for thin and falling hair.

What You Need:
1/2 cup ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
1 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
Spray Bottle or Container with Lid

It is easier to mix the ingredients together by adding to a small spray bottle or container with lid and shake to mix.

Either spray or rinse onto hair, starting at the scalp and massaging your way down.

Use a wide tooth comb to help even out the mixture.

Put on a hair net and after 10-15 minutes, rinse mixture with warm water, then shampoo and condition.

Repeat once every two weeks for 3 months for best results.
