Recommended Carrier Oils for Your Skin Type
There are 5 different skin types, normal, oily, dry, sensitive, and combination skin. Your skin type is likely to change over time. Below is a guide for recommended carrier oils for your particular skin type.

Normal Skin – Sunflower, Coconut, Hempseed, & Sweet Almond Oil are all great for normal skin with no imperfections.

Dry Skin – Olive, Geranium, Jasmine, Avocado, & Sweet Almond oil are all recommended for those with dry, flaky skin.

Oily Skin – Oily skin can lead to acne breakouts, this is why we suggest using Myrrh, Frankincense, Lemon, or Tea Tree oil as these are known to not clog your pores.

Sensitive Skin – Usually affects those with allergies or skin that easily reacts to certain products. Lavender, Chamomile, Sandalwood, Geranium are all recommended for sensitive skin as these are light, effective and known to moisturize & nourish sensitive skin types.

Combination Skin – Those with combination skin types may have oily skin one day, then sensitive and dry skin the next. Grapeseed, Olive, Aloe Vera, Coconut, & Carrot seed oil are all great as they can be used on most skin types.

Always remember to dilute you carrier oil properly with a “warm” oil.
