Pseudofolliculitis barbae aka bikini bumps is skin irritation caused by shaving when the hair follicles begin to re-enter the skin.

Usually common among those with sensitive skin, they sometimes look like little red bumps, or pimples and they can be quite itchy.

Below are are a couple natural remedies to help you remove razor bumps and to alleviate the itch.

Witch Hazel Tea Tree Oil Spray – Mix 1/3 cup Rose Water with 1 tbsp. With Hazel and 3-5 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil.

Add to a small spray bottle, and shake well before use. Spray onto skin where bumps are present and use your hands to rub in the oil. Helps to soothe redness, and relieve itchiness. Great for those sensitive areas.

Aloe Vera Lavender Gel – Chill Aloe Vera gel in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Mix in 5 drops Lavender essential oil with Aloe Vera gel. Apply to skin for a soothing and chilling feeling to help relieve razor burn and other irritations.
