This is not good as it can cause bacteria to build up and you are putting that on your face which can lead to acne & breakouts. We suggest cleaning your brushes at least once a week by soaking them in a cup with lukewarm water and baby shampoo. Leave them out to air dry before putting them away.

2. Change Your Pillowcase

The oil from your hair gets n the pillowcase and when you sleep this rubs into your skin, so change your pillowcases at least once a week.

3. Don’t Pop Your Pimples

Rosewater helps your skin to even out redness and soothe any irritation.

6. Use Sunscreen When Going Outside

Apply a small amount of sunscreen to your skin to keep you looking younger and preventing wrinkles. Wearing sunscreen is great to protect you from exposure to the sun, as the damaging UV rays cause premature aging and can lead to the risk of skin cancer. Don’t just use during the summer months, but also during the winter to keep your skin from becoming dry.

7. Wipe Down Your Phone

Be honest, you probably take your smartphone with you almost everywhere you go, including the bathroom. Toilets are ridden with germs and bacteria, and even though you may wash your hands, there are still bacteria all over. Use a alcohol cloth to wipe down your phone often to prevent the risk of spreading disease and other bacteria that cause breakouts and acne to form.

Lack of sleep means less time for your body to repair. When you sleep, your body produces hormones that stimulate cell & tissue repair. The less sleep you get, the greater the chances are of leading to premature skin. Sleep deprivation can cause you to have a pale look, bags under the eyes and even wrinkles.
