Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Ice cubes
2 Carrots
1 Sweet Potato
1/4 Pineapple
1 tsp. Ginger
Combine everything together in a blend and blend well. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Especially great for when you have just finished with an intensive workout!
