Beauty Remedies using ACV

Below we have listed a few popular beauty uses for ACV. Each remedy is safe to do once or twice a week.
Treating Sunburn – Add 1 cup ACV to your warm bath water to help sooth irritation and take away any discomfort you may be experiencing.
In Your Hair – ACV is a great way to rid the scalp of buildup and keep your hair looking shiny. Just rinse 1 cup ACV mixed with 1 tbsp. Baking soda through your hair. Use a mild shampoo once.
As a Facial Toner – Remove grime and bacteria naturally! Just mix 1 tbsp. ACV with 1 tbsp, Lemon Juice. Dip a cotton pad into mixture and wipe down face, forehead, chin & neck areas.
Relieve Heartburn – Heartburn is annoying and can sometimes be painful. All you have to do is add 1 tbsp. ACV to a cup of water and take a few sips. Should help to sooth heartburn.
Treating Acne – Acne is ugly and unavoidable. It can lead to depression and can be painful.
Mix 1 tbsp baking soda with 1 tbsp. ACV. Dip a cotton swab and use as a spot treatment.
Use as A Mouth Rinse – Funky smelling breath in the morning? Yea, we’ve been there. Just swish ACV mixed with water around in your mouth for about 30 seconds to remove any odors or foul tastes.
Fading Scars, Blemishes, & Stretch Marks – Pregnancy scars and stretch marks can bring you down and prevent you from wearing your favorite bikini. Luckily, those marks can be easily faded with ACV. Just mix 1 tbsp. ACV with 1 tsp. Baking Soda & Lemon Juice each. Apply directly to your scars, massaging with your fingertips. Rinse with warm water after 5 minutes. Apply a small amount of coconut oil and use as a moisturizer.
