Detox Bath At-Home
Rid the body of toxins and increase energy levels with a home detox bath soak.

The Epsom salt flushes toxins, the baking soda cleanses and the apple cider vinegar soothes and softens your skin. The ground ginger is great for increasing circulation but this is completely optional.
What You”ll Need for This Detox…
1/3 cup Epsom Salts
1/2 cup Baking Soda
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
3 tsp. Ground Ginger
What to Do:
Make sure you do not eat anything for at least 2 hours before and after the detox.
Add the items to the bath and stir using your hand and arm to make sure the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Now soak, soak, soak for about 20 minutes. Relax, read a book or rest your eyes (Just don’t fall asleep).
Allow the bath salts to work it’s magic and remove the impurities from your body.
After your bath you will feel improved, refreshed and in a lot better of a mood.
Great for drawing the toxins and keeping you refreshed and relaxed.
After your bath apply a small amount of coconut oil to use as a moisturizer.
Make sure you drink plenty of water after your bath to stay hydrated.
You can also add a couple green tea bags to your bath along with the bath salt. The antioxidants in the tea help to relax the body and soothe sore muscles.
