How to Make Your Own Toothpaste
How to make an all natural toothpaste that whitens teeth and helps to reduce sensitivity.
Remineralize the teeth and leaves your with fresh breath!
Items Needed:
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1/2 tbsp. Bentonite Clay
1 tsp. Sea Salt
10 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 Drops Clove Essential Oil
1/4 cup Water
The bentonite clay polishes the teeth, the coconut oil is great for maintaining proper oral hygiene.
The essential oils leave your mouth feeling fresh and breath smelling good.
In a small sauce pan above the stove top heat up the water and add the coconut oil.
Once fully melted, remove from heat and add the bentonite clay and stir.
Add salt and essential oils and blend together.
Transfer mixture to a small jar and keep sealed when not in use.
Method #2.
There is also an easier way to make your own toothpaste and is just as effective as keeping your mouth clean and fresh.
What You Need:
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
2 tbsp. Baking Soda
10 Drops Peppermint & Clove Essential Oils
Melt coconut oil if needed, and add baking soda and mix in essential oils
Blend together and transfer mixture to a small sealable container until you are ready to use it!
