You don’t lip balm to get soft & beautiful looking lips! Just take a soft bristle toothbrush and dip into a small amount of Vaseline and use it to scrub your lips. This will remove dry patches of skin while keeping those lips moisturized and looking lovely! Can be done once or twice a week and make sure you use an extra soft, & clean toothbrush!
