Natural Pain Reliever – Juice Recipe
How to make a simple healthy juice recipe that quickly relieves pain and inflammation.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice or diced pineapple
2 ribs of celery
1/2 tsp. Ginger root
1/2 cup Water
In a blender, add the ingredients and a couple ice cubes to make it colder. Blend together well, serve and drink immediately.
