Remedies for Healthy Nail Growth

Almond Oil Nail Soak
A simple way to keep your nails strong and prevent from breakage is by soaking them in a natural oil mixture for about 10 minutes at least once a week.
What You’ll Need:
2 tbsp. Almond Oil (or Olive, Jojoba)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
Heat up the almond or jojoba oil until it is warm and add the lemon juice and lavender essential oil.
Soak nails in mixture for at least 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water and moisturize using a small amount of coconut oil.
You can do this for up to 3 times per week to keep your nails strong and prevent from cracking.
Oil Massage for Brittle Nails
Are you experiencing brittle and cracked nails? A simple and natural remedy for keeping your nails strong is by massaging the nail and cuticle with essential oils.
Items You Need:
2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
2 drops Myrrh Essential Oil
1 drop Wintergreen Essential Oil
Lavender Essential Oil
Directions:
Mix together and use a small cotton swab to apply and massage onto nail bed and cuticle areas. Recommend doing every other day for best results and to keep nails from breaking.
